Hi Vaughan,

Thanks! WHAS is 50kw all the time. Way back when clear channels really were,
it was a regular all across the US. Now is is pretty tough to nab on the
west coast without a loop of some sort, with KXNT being so pervasive. Here
are a couple of free resources that will really help you out with your MW
DXing.

First is a free program called "Where's that Station" or WTS. It is
extremely helpful:
http://www.dobe.com/wts/

Next is the FCC's AM Radio Database query page:
http://www.fcc.gov/mb/audio/amq.html

I also use a 3 year old version of the NRC Domestic Log (Now called the AM
Log)...mine is starting to get fairly out of date, but is still an OK
resource when the computer isn't available. You can order one here:
http://www.nrcdxas.org/catalog/amlog/

Good luck with WHAS, Vaughan.
