Well, since noone else is chiming in, I will.
I'd actually be MORE excited about a WXTR test than a WTOP test, as I've never
heard WXTR but hear WTOP almost nightly. I'm certain WXTR would make it to my St.
Louis QTH if conditions were even remotely decent, what with 4300 watts
nondirectional and all. Don't get me wrong, I'm planning on tuning in and
reporting WTOP, I think it's great and and grateful some station personnel care
enough to do these things!
