Could be. Did any one here see the item on page 4 of DX Monitor 41/16
(31 Jan 2004) in which Curtis McMenamin of Vacaville CA reports,
"1220 WRIB ... 1/15 0255-0305 in poor, but definitely heard Morse
Code". Curtis reports using an ICF-2010 and Radio West loop. Just fyi.
