Daily, from 2:55am-3:05am EST - WRIB-1220, Providence, RI - This test is
scheduled to run "through at least March (2004)".
Sunday, March 14, 2004 - KEVA-1240, Evanston, WY 12:00-1:00 am MST
(2:00-3:00 am EST).
