New X-Band Station on 1710khz?

The Claretian Fathers are working with some Maryknoll priests in a few spots. If I was younger and in better health -- I would love to set up a lot of AM stations all over Southern and Central America. But who is going to keep them going ?? It always comes down to cash for some local officals it seems. Mike
