Your description of the Wobbler composition is new information to me and possibly very relevant to understanding the nature of the beast. Can you describe more about this? How were you able to determine this multiple component nature of the signal? Are these part of the carrier or of the modulation? What are the components, their frequencies, duration, whatever? If you have graphics that show what you describe, I would very much like to see them. Very fascinating.
This would seem to be a prime concept for further investigation. The only analysis I am equipped to do is with a spectrum analysis program. Even then, I am far from proficient at interpreting what the analyzer shows.
