Maybe there was an intervening "journalist." In that case, the whole piece is FUBAR. Wire is about 1/2 of the wavelength, and the aircraft is the other half, after everything is tuned up right, really.

Maybe "expert" is another full wavelength. Or the expert was a WAVE.

Yeah, that's it.
